Juicy and flavorful, these tasty grilled shrimp kabobs are the ideal recipe for a summertime cookout.

Shrimp Pinchos

Ingredients

  • 4–6 Skewers
  • 1–2 pounds of shrimp, raw, peeled, and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into squares
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into squares
  • 1 red onion, cut into squares
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning shrimp with Mazola® Corn Oil along with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Add shrimp, onion and peppers to skewers.
  4. Grill for 2 minutes both sides or until shrimps are cooked through.
