Ingredients
- 4–6 Skewers
- 1–2 pounds of shrimp, raw, peeled, and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into squares
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into squares
- 1 red onion, cut into squares
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by seasoning shrimp with Mazola® Corn Oil along with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Add shrimp, onion and peppers to skewers.
- Grill for 2 minutes both sides or until shrimps are cooked through.
