Easy Baked Chicken Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 boneless, skinless


  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator a minimum of 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Place chicken breasts in a single layer on baking pan.
  4. Bake about 20 minutes, or until done (chicken is no longer pink in center). Baking time will depend on thickness of chicken.
