Delicious Rancho Verde Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 cup Cacique® Crema Agria OR sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons prepared salsa verde
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 small avocado OR 1/2 medium, seeded and peeled
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh parsley
  • 1 picked jalapeno chile pepper, seeded
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until very smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down sides as needed. Serve immediately or cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  2. Serving suggestion: this dressing also makes an excellent dip or sandwich spread.
