Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1 cup Cacique® Crema Agria OR sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons prepared salsa verde
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 small avocado OR 1/2 medium, seeded and peeled
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh parsley
- 1 picked jalapeno chile pepper, seeded
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
Instructions
- Step 1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until very smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down sides as needed. Serve immediately or cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
- Serving suggestion: this dressing also makes an excellent dip or sandwich spread.
