Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin seed

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Great on any salad but especially tasty with salad greens, bell pepper strips, black or garbanzo beans, black olives, tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Add grilled chicken for a hearty entreé salad.
