Chicken and Rice with Veggies

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
2 tablespoons chicken or poultry seasoning
1/2 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
1 cup uncooked rice
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2½ cups water
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup peas
Instructions
Season chicken legs with poultry seasoning.
Add Mazola® Corn Oil to hot pan.
Add chicken and sear on both sides until golden brown, approximately 3 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from pan and add rice to brown along with onion and garlic.
Cook until rice is slightly browned, and onion is soft, approximately 4 minutes.
Once toasted add water, tomato sauce and chicken bouillon.
Add chicken back into pan along with veggies and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, until rice and vegetables are fully cooked.
