Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup, light
  • 1/2 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine raspberries, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2) Gradually add oil while mixing. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
