Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice OR white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chives
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until very smooth, scraping sides as needed; about 1 minute.
- Step 2) Serve immediately or cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
- Serving suggestion: This dressing also makes an excellent dip or sandwich spread.
