Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine OR lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add 1 pound desired protein or vegetable. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  2. Step 2) Remove protein from bag and discard remaining marinade. Cook as desired.
