Marinated Chicken Kabobs

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into squares
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced into large squares
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced into large squares
  • 1 onion, diced into large squares
  • 4 skewers
For Marinade:
  • 1 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Handful of cilantro, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Prepare the marinade:
  1. Make the marinade by blending Mazola® Corn Oil with garlic cloves, ground mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Prepare the Kabobs:
  1. Add the chopped cilantro, chicken thighs and diced vegetables to the marinade, stirring to coat.
  2. Assemble the skewers by adding chicken and vegetables on each skewer.
  3. Grill skewers for 6 minutes on each side and enjoy!
