Ingredients
Kabobs:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into squares
- 1 red bell pepper, diced into large squares
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced into large squares
- 1 onion, diced into large squares
- 4 Skewers
For Marinade:
- 1 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the marinade:
- Make the marinade by blending Mazola® Corn Oil with garlic cloves, ground mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Prepare the Kabobs:
- Add the chopped cilantro, chicken thighs and diced vegetables to the marinade, stirring to coat.
- Assemble the skewers by adding chicken and vegetables on each skewer.
- Grill skewers for 6 minutes on each side and enjoy!
