Blueberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh OR frozen
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup, light
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine blueberries, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard seed in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2) Gradually add oil while mixing. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
