Arrachera Recipe (Skirt Steak)

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 3 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 chipotle
- 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup of ketchup
- 2½ pounds of arrachera (skirt steak)
Instructions
- Step 1) In a molcajete, place the sea salt, garlic, and Mazola® Corn Oil. Smash until it’s well blended.
- Step 2) Add the chipotle, oregano, ketchup, and lime juice and smash until the ingredients are all combined.
- Step 3) Spread the mix on the arrachera.
- Step 4) Add the cilantro and let it rest for a couple of hours.
- Step 5) Grill until the juice starts coming out of the beef and flip.
- Step 6) Plate and serve with rice and beans or anything else you'd like!
