Ingredients

of sea salt

of Mazola® Corn Oil

teaspoon
of oregano
juice of 1 lime

chipotle

of chopped cilantro

of ketchup

of arrachera (skirt steak)
Instructions
Step 1) In a molcajete, place the sea salt, garlic, and Mazola® Corn Oil. Smash until it’s well blended.
Step 2) Add the chipotle, oregano, ketchup, and lime juice and smash until the ingredients are all combined.
Step 3) Spread the mix on the arrachera.
Step 4) Add the cilantro and let it rest for a couple of hours.
Step 5) Grill until the juice starts coming out of the beef and flip.
Step 6) Plate and serve with rice and beans or anything else you’d like!
