Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 (1-1/2 pound s) beef flank steak

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine corn oil, vinegar, soy sauce,onion, garlic and ginger in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag. Add steak, turning to coat. Place bag in a medium size bowl; refrigerate, 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Step 2) Remove steak from marinade. Grill or broil 6 inches from heat, turning once, 8 minutes for medium rare or until desired doneness. Thinly slice diagonally across the grain.
