Ingredients

  • 10 chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime juice, soy sauce, Mazola® Corn Oil, minced garlic, and salt in a large container. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken thighs for about 6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
