Ingredients
- 10 chicken thighs
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine the lime juice, soy sauce, Mazola® Corn Oil, minced garlic, and salt in a large container. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken thighs for about 6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve the chicken with Mexican rice and a fresh salad for a quick and delicious dinner.
