Spicy Shrimp Zucchini Noodles Recipe

  • 1½ pounds of shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • The powder of 1 ancho chile and 1 guajillo chile (place both dried chilis without seeds in the blender, blending until pulverized)
  • The juice of half a lime
  • 6 cups of zucchini spaghetti


  1. Step 1) Combine your Mazola® Corn Oil, minced garlic, salt, ancho, guajillo chile powder, and lime juice with your shrimp.
  2. Step 2) Mix them all together.
  3. Step 3) Drop seasoned shrimp into a pot, set the stove to medium heat, and turn off the heat once the shrimp are fully cooked.
  4. Step 4) Add 6 cups of zucchini spaghetti, mix all together, and serve.
  5. TIP: You do not want to cook the zucchini, it will warm up with the heat that the pot and shrimp already have.
