Ingredients
1½
pounds of
shrimp
3
tablespoons of
Mazola® Corn Oil
2
tablespoons of
minced garlic
½
teaspoon of
salt
the powder of 1 ancho chile and 1 guajillo chile (place both dried chilis without seeds in the blender, blending until pulverized)
the juice of half a lime
6
cups of
zucchini spaghetti
Instructions
Step 1) Combine your Mazola® Corn Oil, minced garlic, salt, ancho, guajillo chile powder, and lime juice with your shrimp.
Step 2) Mix them all together.
Step 3) Drop seasoned shrimp into a pot, set the stove to medium heat, and turn off the heat once the shrimp are fully cooked.
Step 4) Add 6 cups of zucchini spaghetti, mix all together, and serve.
TIP: You do not want to cook the zucchini, it will warm up with the heat that the pot and shrimp already have.
