Marinated Grilled Chicken

For Marinade:
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 white onion, sliced into half moons
  • 1 lemon, sliced


Prepare the Marinade:
  1. In a bowl, add the garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, mustard, Mazola® Corn Oil, and the juice of 2 lemons.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
Prepare the Chicken:
  1. In a gallon size resealable bag, add the chicken thighs, lemon slices, onion, and the marinade, mix together until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but flavor will be best if left to marinate overnight.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on a preheated grill and grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
