Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 10 Skewers
  • 2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into square pieces
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into square pieces
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon bang bang sweet & spicy seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Season shrimp with 1 teaspoon each of cajun seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, lemon pepper, bang bang sweet & spicy seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. Add 3 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil and toss to coat.
  3. Assemble skewers by adding shrimp, bell pepper, onion, bell pepper and repeat until all skewers are finished.
  4. Grill for about 2–3 minutes, or until shrimp are fully cooked.
