Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1 cup Cacique® Crema Agria OR sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon canned chipotle in adobo sauce (or adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in an electric blender or food processor. Puree until very smooth, scraping down sides as needed, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately or cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
