Chipotle Lime Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Mazola® Corn Oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add 1 pound desired protein. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  2. Step 2) Remove protein from bag and discard remaining marinade. Cook as desired.
