Black Pepper Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • Generous grinding black whole grinder pepper
  • To taste sea salt grinder
  • 2/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine red wine vinegar, sugar and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set black pepper grinder to coarse and generously grind into vinegar mixture. Grind in a small amount of sea salt. Gradually whisk in corn oil.
  2. Step 2) Serve over crisp salad greens.
