Spicy Ranch Dip

A great dip to serve with fresh vegetables or chips.  It's great as a sandwich spread.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups
Prep Time: 10 minutes

1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
1 cup Cacique® Crema Agria OR sour cream
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons loosely packed fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon canned chipotle in adobo sauce (or adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender or food processor.  Puree until very smooth, scraping down sides as needed, about 1 minute. 

Serve immediately or cover and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
