Ingredients

tilapia fillets

Mazola® Corn Oil

black pepper

paprika

lemon pepper

zucchini
sliced into rounds
1
yellow squash
sliced into rounds

cauliflower

cups
broccoli

garlic cloves
chopped

soy sauce

teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika and lemon pepper into a small bowl.
Brush your tilapia fillets with Mazola® Corn Oil on both sides.
Sprinkle about 4 teaspoons of the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of your fillets.
Add 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil to a hot pan.
Place your fish in the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
Remove fish from pan and set aside.
Add splash of Mazola® Corn Oil to a pan and add vegetables.
Season with remaining seasonings mix and add chopped garlic.
Mix and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Then add ¼ cup of water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Cook until vegetables are tender, about 3–5 minutes.
Plate the fish with the vegetables and enjoy!
