Ingredients
Filling:

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
For Filling:
Combine sugar and corn starch in a 1 to 1.5-quart casserole. Add strawberries and lemon juice; toss to coat.
For Biscuit Topping:
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir milk and oil into flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
Drop biscuit topping in 4 mounds on top of filling.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
