Sesame Ginger Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
  • 3 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 package sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cup green onions, cut into 3/4- inch pieces
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, lite
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch

Instructions

  1. Step 1) Combine sauce ingredients; set aside.
  2. Step 2) Toss chicken breast with ginger and corn starch. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushrooms, snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender. Add onions and sauce mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Step 3) Serve over rice.
