Ingredients

of Mazola® Corn Oil

toasted guajillo peppers

of achiote powder

Instructions
Step 1) Add Mazola® Corn Oil, orange juice, guajillo peppers, garlic, salt, cumin, achiote powder, and vinegar in the blender.
Step 2) Blend until combined.
Step 3) Before adding the marinade, separate the chicken skin using a spoon.
Step 4) Pour the marinade between the chicken and skin before covering the entire chicken.
Step 5) Let the chicken marinate for at least two hours.
Step 6) Once finished marinating, butterfly the chicken before placing it on the grill.
Step 7) Grill for about 50–60 minutes and enjoy!
