pounds
of flank steak
1–2
onions
diced
cilantro
salsa of choice
For the marinade:
1
jalapeno
diced
juice of 3 limes
juice of 1 orange
1
tablespoon
of ground cumin
1
teaspoon
of ground oregano
1
tablespoon
of ground paprika

garlic cloves
finely minced

an onion

teaspoon
of Worcestershire sauce

of Mazola® Corn Oil

Instructions
Step 1) Add all the marinade ingredients to a large plastic, sealable bag.
Step 2) Add the steak and zip up the bag. Make sure the bag is firmly closed.
Step 3) Then, mix the marinade with the steak making sure it’s evenly distributed.
Step 4) Place in the fridge for an hour, or up to overnight, depending on how long you’d like it to marinate.
Step 5) Heat the grill.
Step 6) Cook until desired doneness.
Step 7) Slice and serve with tortillas, onion, cilantro, salsa, or any toppings of choice.
