cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
Seasoning:

Mazola® Corn Oil

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Step 1) Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Step 2) Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
