Instructions
  1. Step 1) Combine walnuts, parsley, onions, rosemary, oregano, garlic, capers, anchovies, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Step 2) Preheat grill or grill pan. Brush the steaks with a little additional corn oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 3) Grill over medium-high heat to desired doneness; about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Step 4) Transfer cooked meat to a cutting board and thinly slice across the grain. Drizzle sliced steak with sauce and serve immediately.
