Ingredients
Pesto:

fresh basil leaves
tightly packed

Mazola® Corn Oil

Salad
10 ounces (about 2
cups
) fresh grape tomatoes
halved

(8 ounces) fresh mozzarella
drained and cubed

kalamata olives
pitted
fresh basil leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1) Puree pesto ingredients in blender or food processor.
Step 2) Combine tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and olives in a serving bowl. Stir in pesto.
Step 3) Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
