Step 1) Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a large plastic bag. Pour milk in shallow bowl. Working with a few pieces at a time, dip chicken in milk; add to flour mixture; shake to coat.
Step 2) Pour oil into a heavy 12-inch skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat over medium heat to 375°F.
Step 3) Carefully add half of chicken to oil. Cook, turning once, 13 to 18 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining chicken.
