Step 1) Brush one side of each bread slice with corn oil and spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on the other. Place oil side down on grill or skillet. Add a slice of Swiss cheese. Top with 2 to 3 rings of red onion, 1/4 pound of ham, a pickle slice, a tablespoon of mango salsa and an additional slice of Swiss cheese. Top with a slice of bread, mustard side down.
