Search Your Heart Sessions
Mazola is a proud sponsor of the Search Your Heart program, which is
a free heart-health and stroke prevention initiative that presents helpful information
in a fun and interactive way. Participants will:
- Conduct health screenings
- Promote physical activity
- Cook in a more healthy way
- Advocate healthy living
- Learn about stroke prevention and stress reduction
To attend Search Your Heart training in your neighborhood, ask your local
church or your local American Heart Association office.
